  1. Already printed. The day names, the field labels, and the sentence about where an amount comes from are already printed.
  2. You fill in. You fill in your dog's name, your vet's name, the times, what he ate, how he seemed, and any note you want to remember.
  3. Left blank. Every amount line is blank on purpose. Copy this from your vet's plan.
